Somewhat confusingly a Madras does not come from the city that is no longer called Madras, Chennai. Madras curries were a collective term for all spicy dishes. 
 
Our version isn't very hot, but you can make it hotter with the addition of extra green chillies. 
 

Our refill bags are compostable, just put them into your compost or food waste recycling bin. 

 

Our tins are designed to be used again and again.

If you do eventually need to recycle them, you can take them to your local recycling centre.

 

Inside each tin, you'll find a transparent NatureFlex™  bag.

NatureFlex™ film is basically a transparent paper made from wood pulp, which comes from responsibly managed forests.

These bags are fully compostable.
